1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MsgHub ("Services", "Platform", "APIs", or "Mobile Hub"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use our Platform.

2. Description of Services

MsgHub provides automated messaging solutions, including:

• Dairy milk entry receipt generation and member collection logging.
• AI-powered parsing for financial bank alerts and business transaction notifications.
• Multi-SIM gateway routing, queue management, and REST API/webhook integration.

3. Acceptable Use Policy & Spam Compliance

You agree to use MsgHub strictly in compliance with applicable local and international telecommunication laws. You explicitly agree NOT to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, fraudulent phishing alerts, or unlawful content.
• Violate telecom regulator guidelines (e.g., DND rules, TRAI regulations, or carrier anti-spam policies).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass security restrictions of the MsgHub parsing engine or APIs.

4. API Access & Rate Limits

Subscribers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our REST APIs. You must keep your secret API keys strictly confidential. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exceed tier rate limits or attempt denial-of-service attacks.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Availability

While MsgHub targets a 99.99% service availability SLA, service performance may depend on third-party mobile network carriers, SIM hardware connectivity, and local telecom infrastructure. We are not liable for message delivery delays resulting from carrier-level outages or device power failures.

6. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation

Paid subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Refunds are subject to our standard 14-day evaluation window policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MsgHub Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service interruptions, carrier delivery failures, or loss of business data.
